We try our best to ensure our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
Shipping Method
We will ship most parts orders via UPS Ground and most bike orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. International Orders will usually be shipped via USPS (The United States Postal Services).

Returned Shipments
Customers will be responsible for all freight charges of returned shipments. We do not accept merchandise returned after 14 days unless goods are defective or shipped in error. All returns are subject to an inspection upon return to our warehouse. In case of defective merchandise we reserve the right to credit or replace that item at our discretion. Parts returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Please note that we do not offer merchandise exchange.
Damaged Goods
Products damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier. Save all packing lists, shipping cartons, and package material until you have contacted the carrier. We will do everything possible to speed the process to get you a replacement or appropriate credit.
Shortages
All credits and claims for shortages must be reported to the office within 24 hours. Before calling, make sure you open and thoroughly inspect ALL cartons and packing materials and tell us how many cartons you received. Also, please make sure you count the amount of packages you receive before you sign for acceptance from the delivery driver. |
